Jennifer Young has commissioned independent research into non-pharmaceutical support options. These findings are woven into your Menopause Wellness Qualification, giving you a credible foundation for informed, ethical client discussions.

From here, you move into the Diploma in Coaching, where you learn how to turn knowledge into structured, supportive conversations using proven coaching models. You’ll also gain practical Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) tools — powerful techniques that help you communicate more effectively, reduce client overwhelm, and guide clients towards insight and change.

You’ll then progress to the Diploma in Mentoring, developing the skills to support clients and colleagues, strengthen your professional boundaries, and deepen your own personal and professional development.
