AA1 is suitable if you:

work in wellbeing, coaching, care, education, fitness, or community settings

are exploring auricular acupuncture for personal interest or future training

want a clear, ethical introduction before deciding on further study
All content is taught from first principles, with clear boundaries and scope explained throughout.
On this course, you will learn:

how the ear maps the body and nervous system

how to safely locate and stimulate key ear points

how auricular acupuncture is used in modern wellbeing and health settings

professional, ethical, and safety considerations for non-therapists
Teaching is practical, grounded, and explained in plain language — no prior anatomy or TCM knowledge assumed.
